The SAIPA AssetSure offers Road Side Assistance as a value add to the product and is meant to make your traveling journey less traumatic, safer and easier where you need such Assistance and this is what we support and understand.
We wish to bring to your attention as our valued client that we have been experiencing challenges with the Road Side Assistance option and the Insurance Company’s appointed service provider, relating to the Roadside Assistance Cover when the need arises (if selected).
One such example of an actually challenge is where someone had a breakdown, called the Road Side Assistance, was given assurances of them coming out to assist, and the Road Side Assistant company despite being repeated called and their promises did not even pitch to assist the person.
The client eventually had to make their own towing arrangements despite having the cover. We do not believe that anyone be they a client or not should be treated with such disrespect, and we do not subscribe to such poor service.
It is because of this reason that we do not believe that it is value for money.
We feel it would be in your best interest to rather cancel the Roadside Assistance that you currently have in place on your policy (if selected) and perhaps take out Roadside Assistance through another provider such as The AA, this option is only a recommendation and at your discretion.
